The Consideration and Voting Procedures for The Termination of the Acquisition of Assets and related transactions are in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange stock listing Rules and the statuts. When the Board of Directors of the company considers the matter, the Related Directors have avoided Voting and the Voting procedures are legally and effectively valid. 2. La résiliation de l'acquisition d'actifs et des opérations connexes est conforme à la situation réelle et ne porte pas atteinte aux intérêts légitimes des sociétés cotées et des actionnaires minoritaires.
En résum é, nous convenons de mettre fin à l'acquisition d'actifs et aux opérations connexes.
